For more than a year, the Treasure Coast has seen a declining market. The three years before that, we saw unprecedented steep growth. Currently, our market has seen some leveling. We have plenty of properties available for purchase and there has been an increase in buyers looking for new homes. So You Think We Are In A Down Market

I have heard from many that we are in a down market. Actually, we are in a Normal Market. For about two to three years, we were in an esculating market and the prices were going off the charts. This year we have seen a down turn, however, if you will look at the numbers, we are inline with what we were doing three or four years ago, only with higher prices. In my 30 years at a real estate professional, I have seen this happen a number of times. I would be interested in hearing what your thoughts may be.
